Travel Team ---  10U and up

                This program is for the dedicated athlete. This is not necessarily an all-star program. The coaches are looking for the coachable athletes. Like all AYSO programs, the goal is player development. Travel teams represent 350 in tournaments, so we choose players to make the best team. Parents must be encouraging and willing to travel. Team will participate in at least one tournament outside of Tucson. These players will train on a higher level to develop their physical skill and soccer intelligence. The training will occur twice a week with the occasional scrimmage and tournament play as agreed by the families that are chosen. This program is a la carte. There will be an inital startup fee to cover uniforms, the first tournament, and field cost. With a full team, the initial fee usually covers two tournaments. Team referees and team sponsors help to reduce the cost. This program inspires the high level of competition required to increase skills under the philosophies of AYSO.

Notification for travel team tryouts will be sent toward the end of the season.
